Wooden racks filled with suitcases. Men's on the left, women's on the right. Labelled, and covered by layers of bird droppings. Each belonging to a forgotten patient of Willard State Hospital.
The Miskin Theatre Company lifts the lid on the lives of these forgotten patients, to share the emotional stories and poignant memories from The Lives They Left Behind.
Inspired by The Suitcase Exhibition, this original play by Laura Holland and Lucy Flack opens at Miskin Theatre on Tuesday 20th March 2018.
